Course Objectives

The aims of this course:

• To deliver the knowledge about the basic of semiconductor devices and circuits.
• To enhance comprehension capabilities of students through understanding of electronic devices and circuits construction.
• To observe characteristics of electronic devices.
• To understand the working diodes and transistors.
• To give understanding on how current flows through the p-n junction.
